Welcome to our website. United Management II is responsible for the management and operation of more than 20 quality affordable housing communities in North Carolina and South Carolina.

We take great pride in our properties. Each one has on-site management and maintenance staff to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standards as well as full amenities, including washer and dryer hookups or access. For the youngsters in the family we feature fully equipped playgrounds.

In addition to our Family communities we feature our Manor style properties for Adults 55 and older that come complete with community meeting rooms, chapels, and indoor apartment access for added security.

All of our properties grounds are meticulously maintained to make you feel right at home and shopping and bus line access is located nearby.
