Shannon Pow - Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operational Officer

Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operational Officer, Shannon Pow, has been with United Management II since March 2007. Shannon is responsible for managing the entire accounting department. Her duties include but are not limited to the management of cash flow, maintaining the books and records in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles, preparation of monthly corporate financial statements as well as overseeing the management of the various projects from an accounting standpoint. Shannon coordinates the annual audit of the various Properties and United Management II, Inc. and works very closely with our Certified Public Accountant in maintaining and overseeing the various Projects due diligence requirements.

Tonia Driggers - Director of Human Resources

Tonia Driggers, has been with the United Management II since 2009. As the Director of Human Resources, Tonia was instrumental in the development of the Human Resource Department of United Management II. Her areas of responsibility include benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, records, recruitment and staffing, information management, and leadership development, as well as conflict resolution. Shirley McMillan - Senior Compliance Regional/Director of Operation Region 1

Shirley started with United Management II as a Property Manager in September 2004, was promoted to Regional Manager in January 2007, became the Director of Operation in April 2011, and promoted to Senior Compliance Regional Manager in July 2012.

Shirley's job duties include but are not limited to overseeing the operations of tax credit, conventional, HUD, and Hope 6 properties in North and South Carolina and to ensure that they are in compliance with NCHFA/SCHFA, City, County rules and regulations. This includes but is not limited to reviewing monthly reports to ensure that all properties are collecting rents, and staying on budget.

Robin Lytle - Director of Operation - Region 2

Robin Lytle has been with United Management II since April 2007. Robin oversees the daily operations of the various complexes within Region 2. Robin's responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining favorable occupancy percentages, assuring the continuous flow of prospects interested in United Management II's properties, to be familiar with the job responsibilities of all on-site managers and maintenance personnel, and enforcing company policies. Robin's region includes properties in the Hope 
Mills, Fayetteville, and Roanoke areas.

Kristy Travis - Director of Operation - Region 3

Kristy Travis has been with United Management II since February 2014. As a Director of Operation, Kristy oversees the daily operations of the various complexes within Region 3. Kristy's responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining favorable occupancy percentages, assuring the continuous flow of prospects interested in United Management II's 
properties, to be familiar with the job responsibilities of all on-site managers and maintenance personnel, and enforcing company policies. Kristy's region includes properties in the Fayetteville, Spring Lake and Boone areas.
