United Management II is undergoing some platform changes. Some of our properties have been transitioned over to a platform called Resman. Resman is an all-inclusive platform and user-friendly for all parties! Our goal is to transition all properties, but until then, the application process will vary dependent upon which properties are on which platform.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PROPERTIES ON RESMAN
1. Browse our properties.

2. Click "Guest Card".
​
3. Complete the guest card and upload required identification documents.
*If needed, identification documents can be emailed to applications@unitedmgtii.com.
**Please note, our team will process you for the property you are interested in as well as the other properties within that region in the event there are more options available to you.

4. Pay application fee(s).
​
5. A member of the Occupancy Team will reach out with further steps in the process.
APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PROPERTIES NOT YET ON RESMAN
1. Browse our properties.

2. Email the Occupancy Team at applications@unitedmgtii.com with the following information:
- Total number of household members
- Full names and separate email
addresses for each adult (18yrs and
above) household member
- Property/Properties of interest listed

5. A member of the Occupancy Team will reach out with further steps in the process.
